Returns and cancellations

If you wish to return an item, please download our returns form, complete it and enclose it with your item. If you would like an exchange, please note the details on the form. The return address is shown on the form.

Enclosing the form helps us process your return faster, but it is not required. You may cancel an order by any clear statement - including an email to info@turnerequestrian.co.uk - and we will never refuse a valid cancellation because a form was not enclosed.

Your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies to everything we sell, including clearance and reduced items. Full details are in our refund policy.
